We deliver design-phase documentation in your workflow, not around it — and we’ve done it for landmark venues, luxury flagships, and private residences on four continents.
Concept & Schematic
The earlier we join, the more we can do invisibly. We contribute schematic design packages, acoustical review, and infrastructure planning while walls are still lines on a drawing — so nothing has to be retrofitted later.
Design Development
We coordinate directly with your drawings: cable design and routing, HVAC coordination, technology and furniture integration, and the placement decisions that keep equipment out of sight and out of the architecture’s way.
Construction Documents
Complete, buildable documentation your GC can price and your consultants can coordinate against — AV, IT, and security scopes issued as part of the construction set, not an afterthought.
Construction & Commissioning
On-site coordination through construction — including international projects — followed by installation, integration, calibration, and client orientation before handover.
Technology That Defers to the Architecture
Our bias is invisibility: speakers that vanish into walls, displays that arrive and disappear, cooktops indistinguishable from the stone they sit in, and control surfaces chosen to sit quietly in a considered interior.
Because we hold sole US distributions — TPB Tech porcelain-ceramic induction from Barcelona, WET-Global water treatment from the UK — we can specify materials and systems your clients won't have seen in anyone else's project.
And because the practice spans sound, water, air, light, and control, you coordinate with one consultant instead of five.
