SMS Alerts
Sensorium House sends automated text alerts to clients about the systems we installed and maintain, so you hear about a leak, a fault, or an open door while it still matters. The service is entirely optional. You choose whether to receive it, and you can stop at any time.

What you’ll receive
Alerts are sent only when one of your systems reports something you would want to know about. Examples of what triggers a message:
- A window or door left open
- A water leak detected
- An air or water filtration fault
- Loss of power
- A device or sensor going offline
These are service alerts about your own installation. We do not send marketing or promotional texts to this number. Alerts come from (833) 762-7860. Save it as a contact so you recognize them.
How to opt in
Clients opt in by checking the SMS alerts box on our contact form and providing a mobile number. That form is the only way to opt in. The box is never checked for you, you can submit the form without it, and opting in is never a condition of any purchase or service. Once you opt in, we send one text confirming your subscription.
This is the opt-in exactly as it appears on our contact form:

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 212-246-9308 or info@sensoriumhouse.com.
How to resume
If you have unsubscribed and want alerts again, reply START to the same number.
That is the only way to resume them. Ticking the SMS alerts box on our contact form again will not restart texts to a number that has unsubscribed. Once you opt out, the block is held by our messaging provider rather than by us, and nothing we do on our side can lift it. The request has to come from your phone. If you would rather not text, call us at 212-246-9308 and we will talk you through it.
Privacy and terms
How we handle the mobile number you give us (including that it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing) is set out in our Privacy Policy. Your use of this website is governed by our Terms of Use.
