Every Breath, Purified
Indoor air commonly carries 2–5× more organic pollutants than outdoor air (U.S. EPA). We install hospital-grade purification systems that target particulates, chemicals, and pathogens — all through whisper-quiet ducting you'll never notice.
What's In Your Air
Standard HVAC filters catch large particles. Our systems go further — targeting the invisible threats that affect your health, sleep, and cognitive performance.
PM2.5
Fine particulate matter small enough to enter your bloodstream. Linked to cardiovascular disease, respiratory illness, and cognitive decline.
VOCs
Volatile organic compounds off-gassing from furniture, paint, cleaning products, and building materials. Cause headaches, fatigue, and long-term organ damage.
Viruses & Bacteria
Airborne pathogens including flu, COVID, and common respiratory infections. Standard filters can’t move particles this small. Active particle control and oxidation can.
Allergens & Mold
Pollen, pet dander, dust mites, and mold spores that trigger allergies and asthma. Humidity control discourages mold growth at the source.
Sources & Standards
Common organic pollutants 2–5× higher indoors — U.S. EPA (TEAM studies). PM2.5 cardiovascular and respiratory effects — World Health Organization and U.S. EPA; cognitive effects per peer-reviewed research. VOC health effects — U.S. EPA. Humidity and airborne viral survival — Sterling et al., Environmental Health Perspectives (1986).
Six Layers of Protection
No single technology handles everything. We combine six complementary systems into one integrated, automatically managed solution.
Micro Filtration
HEPA and ultra-fine mechanical filters capturing particles down to 0.1 microns — 30x smaller than what standard HVAC filters catch.
Active Particle Control
SecureAire technology charges and clusters ultrafine particles inside a sealed treatment chamber, then sends them downstream to be filtered. Targets the ultrafine particles mechanical filtration handles least efficiently — without releasing ions or ozone into the room.
Oxidation
Photocatalytic oxidation that breaks down viruses, bacteria, and VOCs at the molecular level — the same technology used in hospital operating rooms.
Humidity Regulation
Precise humidity control between 40–60% RH — the range that minimizes airborne viral survival, discourages mold growth, and protects wood floors and instruments.
Continuous Monitoring
Real-time PM2.5, CO2, VOC, temperature, and humidity sensors on every floor. The system responds automatically — you see the data if you want to.
Whisper-Quiet Ducting
Acoustically designed air distribution with noise levels below 25 dB(A) — quieter than a whisper.
Designed to Measured Targets
Air quality isn't a feeling — it's a set of numbers. We design every system around measurable targets and confirm them with continuous monitoring.
PM2.5
≤ WHO guideline
Fine particulates held to World Health Organization air-quality guideline levels.
CO₂
< 1,000 ppm
A common indoor-air freshness benchmark — ventilation sized to keep CO₂ well below it for alertness and comfort.
Humidity
40–60% RH
The band that minimizes airborne viral survival and discourages mold growth.
Duct Noise
< 25 dB
Acoustically designed distribution — quieter than a whisper.
Benchmarks: World Health Organization Global Air Quality Guidelines (2021) for PM2.5 — 5 µg/m³ annual, 15 µg/m³ 24-hour; ASHRAE Standard 62.2 for low-rise residential ventilation. ASHRAE sets no indoor CO₂ limit; humidity range per Sterling et al. (1986).
Scent & Aromatherapy
Smell is the fastest sense to reach the subconscious mind. Once we've removed what shouldn't be in your air, we can add what should be — precisely controlled aromatherapy infused through the same ducting system.
Different zones can carry different scents — calming lavender in bedrooms, energizing citrus in work spaces, warm cedar in living areas. All automated by time of day or triggered by scene controls.
The Smell Connection
Of all the senses, smell has the most direct path to the brain's limbic system — the center of emotion and memory. It's why a scent can instantly transport you to a childhood kitchen or a forest after rain.
We treat air quality holistically: remove the harmful, optimize the neutral (temperature, humidity), and when appropriate, add the beneficial.
SecureAire
In a peer-reviewed study published in the Journal of Hospital Infection (Ereth et al., 2021), a 30-month evaluation at St. Mary's Hospital for Children — over 100,000 patient-days — documented a 45% reduction in healthcare-associated infections after SecureAire's ACTIVE Particle Control system was installed. Inside the air handler, ultrafine particles are charged, clustered, and captured downstream. No measurable ozone, no ions in the room, one cartridge per year.
